Exercise Log
- 7/23-7/26 - Moved. A lot. Many many stairs. Live on 2nd floor now. Then took child swimming. Oi.
- 7/22 - Got up early to walk today. 40 mins, about 2 miles. Very little pain until I went too fast. Slowed down and it went away, sped up a little again. Big toe pain for last 20 mins, intermittent
- 7/21 - 50 mins on treadmill, 2.3 miles. 3.0 speed, Had to answer telephone 6 times while walking.
- 7/20 - Walk around Lake Pine, 2.5 miles, 30-40 min. Briskly. Some pain on top of foot at end of stride. Hip flexor pain at end.
- 7/17 - Walking on treadmill, 3.0 speed 30+ min, just stretching afterwards
